No such thing as a lazy Sunday when the boys are fired up ...
We went to Garucha for an afternoon walkabout and a quick stop for a coffee for me and a Zumo juice!) for Elaine.
By the time we got back to base a storm was brewing out to sea ...
We popped down the road for a beer, but then we remembered they had music on at the 'Cantina', which is the Mexican across the road, so we thought we would pop over there too! The 'Cantina' is the Sister Restaurant to 'Tito's' which closed up for the season last weekend. It is on the road side so is quite cosy in the cooler nights. We watched Clive Sarstedt and his buddy singing again and had a drink and some nibbles.
Elaine turned around to see a friend watchin gher ... don't ya just love a cat in a restaurant ...
Onion rings and red wine...hmmmmm ...
When Clive had a rest, guess who was jammin'.....Finbar Furey! What a character he is ...
By now we were both starving so we ended up going to a Pizza bar for a very very nice Pizza indeed!
All in all an excellent Sunday.
